no microphone icon next to the remote tab

downloaded this app last nght, everything seems to work but i have exactly the same problem as this other person at

there is no microphone icon to press next to the remote tab. I have got the latest version of google assistant installed on my android phone, i just checked on the play store. when i just use the google assistant on its own, it works as it should no problems
android IO is 6.0.1 on samsung s5 mini
kodi is v 17.4 on android v7.1.1
when i use the microphone icon on the top menu bar everything comes back as ' no corresponding media found"

Updated by You have not the same issue at all since you do have the icon and can click on it, it's position have changed a very long time ago.
Anyway https://yatse.tv/redmine/projects/yatse/knowledgebase/articles/20 for logs, but this error is because either your media are not in the library or you use the wrong voice commands.
